- Helmets to En966 are required in Cat.1 events. A working group will establish if other standards are relevant & appropriate.
- Only Germany & UK opposed to the approval of the PG Subcommittee reports - all other delegates in agreement
- The European PG Championships 2010 will be open to all paragliders irrespective of certification or not
- Martin Scheel will head the new working group into paraglider design and safety with immediate effect
- PG subcommittee report approved & working group formation with exception of helmets which will be discussed again later
