Day 5 : Task 5

For the first time this week the view from the window looked like the 'old' Rolda. Clouds falling down over the mountains and lots of low cloud in the valley.
Finally we understood what might evolve during the day!
After a false start in the task setting due to airspace restriction further south we devised a 117km task to the north into the previously untasked area of Riseralda. In this northern part of the valley is narrower and very beautifiul with coffee farms, caña fields and green(ish) rolling hills.

Unfortunately the day shut off before the majority were in goal but the lead group of 10 threw themselves ( quite literally) into the fire and arrived over goal in orbit.
The rest were scatter bombed over the valley around the last turnpoint so retrieve took some time but all pilots were back at HQ by 20:30.
